NTM, Inc. performs Tank and Line Tightness Tests, Leak Detector Tests, Cathodic Protection, Vapor Recovery Tests, and, in our eastern states, the Helium Pinpoint Leak test. We also offer Statistical Inventory Reconcilliation (SIR).

NTM, Inc. uses the EZY 3 Locator Plus Negative Pressure Leak DetectionTest. This is a Non-Volumetric, Under Fill Test that is accepted in the United States and Canada.  It meets or exceeds the requirements set by the EPA, various states and the National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.), pamphlet 329. Ken Wilcox and Associates conducted the third party certification testing.

We carry all the necessary Insurance, Licenses, and Certificates tomeet Local, County, State and Federal requirements.

Testing will be done at slower times in order to limit station down time, saving you money.  On tank sizes Up to 15,000 gallons, our test can be performed at fuel levels from 0 to 99%.  Tanks over 15,000 gallons can be tested with a minimum 12% of Total Tank Volume.   However, line and leak detectors do require product to be tested.
